Covid-19 Update
Tenants, Property Management Staff, and Vendors,
As you are likely aware, on March 3rd Governor Greg Abbott lifted the mask mandate which has been in place throughout Texas since last July. However, the CDC and Texas health officials strongly advise the continued use of masks in public spaces to slow the spread of Covid-19.
For Capital Commercial Investments, the health and wellbeing of our tenants, employees, and partners are of paramount importance. For that reason, we will continue to require our employees, onsite property management staff, brokers, and 3rd party vendors to wear masks while indoors at all CCI properties in Texas unless an existing medical condition prevents this.
As for our tenants, we ask that you continue to wear masks in the common areas and public amenity spaces of the properties in keeping with current CDC guidelines. This is not a legal mandate, but we strongly urge you to continue this safety practice as a basic common courtesy to your fellow tenants and to our service providers.
Tenants are free to make their own choices and policies regarding the health and safety of their employees within their leased spaces.
We will continue to provide hand sanitizer and implement safety measures at the properties so long as it is required to mitigate the Covid-19 risk.
